This blog was created with the intention of educating novice users of computers of any PC frustrations and technology they may encounter. We intend to do this by periodically releasing informative articles consisting of anything from PC maintenance, how to’s and general pc advice. We will use a language that any one will understand and will cut out any technical jargon that some one “not so computer-savvy” won’t understand.
You may be wondering, “Why would a computer repair company offer free pc advice, surely they are doing themselves out of work?” Any one who works in computers, no matter how technical they are have been in a position at some point in their lives where they did not know anything about computers, our computer knowledge does not automatically turn up over night. No one likes being in a state of confusion, and that’s why we decided to take a different approach to customer service that few computer companies choose to use. Our number one aim with this blog is to educate our customers and readers how to maintain their pc themselves without feeling fearful.
